Censor.NET reports citing the statement by EU Ambassador to Ukraine Jan Tombinski.
The statement reads: " Today we recall the tragic events in Odesa on 2 May 2014 that left more than 40 people dead and 200 injured.
"I urge the government of Ukraine to follow up on the recommendations of the Council of Europe International Advisory Panel and to carry out an independent and transparent investigation.
"All those responsible for the crimes must be brought to justice," Jan Tombinski said.
