 Today’s personnel movements by Poroshenko: Tuka, Hvozd and Biriukov dismissed several Regional State Administrations heads changed

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko made a number of personnel changes April 29.

The head of state appointed Poroshenko Bloc faction MP Yurii Harbuz as the chairman of the Luhansk Military and Civil Administration instead of Heorhii Tuka under the decree No.194 and 195 of April 29, Censor.NET reports.

President Petro Poroshenko dismissed his first assistant Yurii Onishchenko and assistant Oleksii Horashchenkov by the decree No.183 and order No.113 of April 28. The documents do not specify reasons for the dismissal. Poroshenko appointed Yurii Onishchenko his first non-staff assistant and Oleksii Horashchenkov - a non-staff assistant by the decrees No.189 and 190 of April 29.

Poroshenko also dismissed Yurii Biriukov from his post of adviser to the president by his decree No.184 of April 28. The document does not specify reasons for the dismissal. Biriukov was appointed Poroshenko's advisor Aug. 13, 2014.

President Petro Poroshenko dismissed Chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Agency Viktor Hvozd by the decree No.193 of April 29. The document does not specify reasons for the dismissal.

Poroshenko has made a number of personnel changes in the district state administrations today:

He has appointed five heads of district state administrations in the Chernihiv region: Vasyl Kucherin has been appointed chairman of Bobrovytsia District State Administration, Oleksandr Bondar - Ichnia District State Administration chairman, Oleksii Myroshnychenko - Koriukivka District State Administration chairman, Valerii Shchukin - Mena District State Administration chairman, and Anatolii Dupa - Talalaivka District State Administration chairman.

The president fired two and appointed three chairmen of district state administrations in the Kharkiv region. Poroshenko dismissed Yevhen Koroliuk from the post of Chuhuiv District State Administration chairman and appointed him the chairman of Novovodolazska District State Administration.

Poroshenko reappointed one and appointed three chairmen of district state administrations in the Sumy region. Iryna Panchenko was reappointed to the post of Yampil District State Administration head. He also appointed Vitalii Suprun to the post of chairman of Okhtyrka District State Administration, Iryna Zaplatkina - Serdyno-Budske District State Administration chairwoman and Viktor Zhdamirov - Shostka District State Administration chairman.

The president of Ukraine appointed Ruslan Senchuk the chairman of Vyzhnytsia District State Administration in the Chernivtsi region.

Poroshenko dismissed one and appointed three chairmen of district state administrations in the Cherkassy region. In particular, the president fired Kostiantyn Omarhaliiev from the post of the chairman of Cherkasy District State Administration. Oleksii Lavrynenko obtained the post of chairman of Horodyshche District State Administration, Volodymyr Pavlychuk - chairman of Lysianske District State Administration, and Liudmyla Denysiuk -chairwoman of Khrystynivka District State Administration.

Stepan Boiko was appointed chairman of Monastyr District State Administration in the Ternopil region.

The head of state dismissed one, appointed one and replaced two heads of district state administrations in the Poltava region. In particular, Poroshenko dismissed Oleksandr Us as chairman of Dykanka District State Administration and appointed Volodymyr Shkarban instead of him.

He also dismissed Oleksandr Hlushchenko from the post of Shishakske District State Administration chairman and appointed Viktor Ivanenko in his stead. Andrii Bezkorovainyi was appointed chairman of Kremenchuk District State Administration while Viktor Symonenko was dismissed as chairman of Orzhytske District State Administration.

Anton Turupalov dismissed from the post of chairman of Ivanove District State Administration in the Odesa region. According to the document, Poroshenko accepted Turupalov's resignation.

The president replaced one and appointed six heads of district state administrations in the Lviv region. Poroshenko dismissed Maksym Lisohor from the post of Dorohobych District State Administration chairman and appointed Volodymyr Shutko to this position. He also appointed Taras Oprysko as chairman of Mykolayivka District State Administration, Stepan Buniak - Mostyska District State Administration chairman, Volodymyr Tanchin - Peremyshl District State Administration chairman, Taras Kalyta - Radekhiv District State Administration chairman, Vasyl Zubrytskyi - Stryi District State Administration chairman and Orest Khlian - Yavoriv District State Administration chairman.

The head of state appointed three district state administrations heads in the Mykolaiv region. Serhii Tanasov was appointed chairman of Berezan District State Administration, Olena Posashkova - Yelanets District State Administration chairwoman, and Oleksandr Demchuk - Zhovtneve District State Administration chairman.

Dmytro Mukhtarov was appointed chairman of Svatove District State Administration in the Luhansk region. Poroshenko dismissed Volodymyr Ozerov from this post March 24.

The president appointed seven heads of district state administrations in the Zhytomyr region. Serhii Khabaz was appointed chairman of Volodarsk-Volynskyi District State Administration, Ihor Yevtushko - chairman of Yemilchyne District State Administration, Serhii Mykytiuk Zhytomyr District State Administration chairman, Vasyl Kupriichuk Korostyshiv District State Administration chairman, Yurii Rudchenko - Malyn District State Administration chairman, Yurii Dyvynskyi - Ovruch District State Administration chairman, and Pavlo Ihnatenko - Cherniakhiv District State Administration chairman.

The head of state appointed 11 heads of district state administrations in Kyiv region. Mykola Klymenko was appointed chairman of Baryshivka District State Administration, Iryna Starenka - head of Bohuslav District State Administration, Serhii Tabaliuk - Volodarka District State Administration chairman, Maksym Lisohor - Ivankiv District State Administration chairman, Oleksandr Turenko - Obukhiv District State Administration chairman, Andrii Priakhin - Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi District State Administration chairman, Andrii Anisimov - Polissia District State Administration chairman, Vasyl Haliuk - Skvyra District State Administration chairman, Oleksandr Tertychny - Stavyshche District State Administration chairman, Natalia Troian - head of Tetiiv District State Administration and Oleksandr Biletskyi - Fastiv District State Administration chairman.

One chairman of district state administration in the Zaporizhia region was replaced and five more were appointed. Poroshenko dismissed Viktor Shcherbyna from the post of Zaporizhia District State Administration head and appointed Anatolii Vasiuk to this position. Valerii Koshelenko was appointed chairman of Vasylivka District State Administration, Oleksandr Rudenko - Vilniansk District State Administration chairman, Oleksandr Ishchenko - Huliai-Pole District State Administration chairman, Viktoria Chmelieva - Novomykolaivka District State Administration head, and Volodymyr Revuta - Rozivka District State Administration chairman.

The president dismissed three chairmen of district state administrations in the Vinnitsa region. In particular, Nadiia Melnychuk dismissed from the post of Orativ District State Administration head, Leonid Machala - Tyvriv District State Administration chairman, Mykhailo Popov - Sharhorod District State Administration head.

President Petro Poroshenko dismissed Yurii Kovbasiuk as president of the National Academy for Public Administration under the president of Ukraine.

The head of state also dismissed Chairmen of Bohuslav and Stavyshche District State Administrations in the Kyiv region Vitalii Khomenko and Vitali Voloshkevych.
