The minister said that the candidacy of Harbuz was approved at a cabinet meeting on Friday.
Harbuz was born and brought up in the Milove district of the Luhansk region. He founded his own farm in 1992. He was elected member of Milove District Council in 2002. He became chairman of Markove District State Administration of the Luhansk region in April 2005. He was elected chairman of Markove District Council in May 2006, which he headed until 2010. He was appointed chairman of Milove District State Administration in January 2014 and resigned from this post in April 2014.
