As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by lawyer Ilya Novikov on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
"She was told that she is on the federal wanted list due to an assault of a judge. As long as she was in the car with diplomatic license plate, border guards could not detain her. Frankly speaking, consuls literally won her back from border guards," Novikov noted.
The lawyer is certain that the sister of Ukrainian aviatrix, Vira Savchenko will be able to leave Russia "today or in the next few days."
Earlier, Nadiia Savchenko's lawyer informed of detention of her sister Vira at the border control point Chertkovo in the Rostov region late night April 27.
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry confirmed that Vira Savchenko was not allowed to leave Russia. It became known later that the aviatrix's sister left for Rostov together with consuls.
