Censor.NET reports quoting Espreso.TV.
"On Dzherelna Street in the Obolon district of Kyiv, two men opened fire on patrol police officers. As a result, one officer was taken away in an ambulance. He received head, arm, and leg injuries," the report reads.
As noted, the attackers used traumatic weapons.
One of them was detained on the spot, another managed to escape.
As later reported by LB.ua correspondent, the police detained the second attacker in the woods not far from the scene. During the apprehension, the man was shot in the leg. The police escorted him to a special detention unit of emergency hospital where he is being provided first aid.
The pistol, which the attacker fired at patrol officers, was found at the place of apprehension. An investigative team has arrived at the scene.
