No Ukrainian soldiers were killed while conducting combat tasks in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in the east of Ukraine yesterday, April 22.

This was announced by Presidential Administration speaker on ATO matters Andrii Lysenko at a briefing on Saturday, Censor.NET Source: reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"Over the past day, no Ukrainian soldier was killed in combat activities. However, two received injuries," Lysenko informed.

This happened at Avdiivka and Zaitseve during the militants' shelling of the ATO forces' positions.

The situation in the ATO area improved over the past day, ATO staff informed. In particular, the number of attacks reduced significantly.
