Ukraine may receive a new tranche from the International Monetary Fund as early as in June.

As reported by Censor.NET referring to Ukrainski Novyny, this was stated by First Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv.

"We plan to complete everything before the end of the quarter. In May or June," he said.

The official recalled that Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman had instructed that a preliminary plan of work with the IMF be developed and approved by May 1. According to Stepan Kubiv, a meeting was held on April 18 with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, where the strategy of cooperation with the IMF was discussed.

He also said that Ukraine currently does not insist on getting a united tranche.
