 Ukraine can not fulfill obligations under Minsk agreements if Russia and militants do nothing, - NATO Deputy Secretary General Vershbow

The progress in the implementation of the Minsk agreements must be reciprocal.

NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow said today at the 9th Kyiv Security Forum, Censor.NET reports citing UNIAN.

According to him, it is rather important for the Ukrainians to remain at a high level of morality, and everyone, including the members of NATO and the EU, should understand that Ukraine can not fulfill all its obligations under the Minsk agreements If Russia and militants do nothing positive in this regard.
