Only 211 MPs voted in favor of the draft No 4426, Censor.NET informs.
After that speaker of the Rada Andrii Parubii put to vote the issue to return to the vote for the given draft. The notion was supported by 226 MPs (enough to pass it), but the next vote did not pass the action plan for the second time.
Then Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman addressed the MPs with a request to support his program. Parubii in his turn noted that he would raise the issue of repeated voting on the same bill again. However, he did not receive enough votes either.
After that the newly elected speaker announced a 15-minute break to hold consultations.
