"I was forced to act as political moderator. I would like to sincerely thank Arsenii Petrovych and his Cabinet. The Cabinet's resignation is not a reason to paint it black. We will have politically responsible Cabinet, with two factions that created the coalition bearing responsibility.

"Yesterday, the coalition offered me to propose the candidacy of Volodymyr Hroisman for the post of the prime minister. He is one of the regional center mayors, a top manager on decentralization reforms. It's not an easy job to head the parliament...

"Volodymyr Borysovych Hroisman is a politician of the new generation, and he will possibly become the youngest prime minister in the history of Ukraine. I ask you to elect the prime minister and support the composition of the government today," Poroshenko asked the deputies.
