Lutsenko on new coalition: "I believe the process will be finalized today"

The new coalition in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine might be formed today, April 11.

As reported by Censor.NET citing LIGA.net, this was announced by leader of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc parliamentary faction Yurii Lutsenko on Monday.

"I believe the process will be finalized today at the faction meetings. In the coming days we'll be able to announce that the constitutional norm of presenting a new prime minister by a coalition of factions can be fulfilled by two factions of the parliament," the politician said, meaning PPB and People's Front.

He also assured that the forming of the coalition by the two factions does not close the doors for other democratic political forces. According to Lutsenko, they still have time to participate in the discussions of the prime minister and ministers' candidacies.
