 Kasko served note of suspicion in accordance with law, - PGO

The fact of serving the note of suspicion to Kasko has been recorded on a video. The notice itself had been signed by deputy prosecutor general, as stipulated by the law. PGO officers who were serving the notice introduced themselves, showed their documents, and read out loud the text of the suspicion to former deputy prosecutor general Vitalii Kasko in full.

This was announced by PGO prosecutor Vladyslav Kutsenko on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET informs.

"I am very sorry that Kasko's lawyers have chosen this defense tactics: lying to the society, going on air, making their client look a victim. My colleagues have documented the fact of serving the notice of suspicion to Vitalii Kasko, it was officially recorded to a video camera.

"The text of the suspicion was read out loud to Vitalii Kasko in full.... The suspicion had been signed by one of deputy prosecutors general. Our colleagues introduced themselves, this can be seen on video," Kutsenko said.

"A decision on this video will be made by direct procedural heads. I think [it will happen] today or tomorrow, as long as it constitutes a secrecy of investigation, and we have to obtain approvals," the prosecutor said.

As reported, PGO accuses former deputy prosecutor general Kasko of deceitful practices with immovable property (state-owned corporate apartments).
