Batkivshchyna might return to coalition talks if certain conditions met, - Tymoshenko

Batkivshchyna could rejoin the negotiations on the new coalition if certain conditions are fulfilled.

As reported by Censor.NET referring to Ukrinform, Batkivshchyna leader Yuliia Tymoshenko said at a press conference in Lviv.

"The last regional conference of our party took place in Lviv. Batkivshchyna has made its final decision to withdraw from the hopeless process of building a new coalition as well as to shift to the democratic opposition to the current government," Tymoshenko said.

She voiced conditions under which her political force might return to the negotiating process: immediate fulfillment of the requirements of small and medium-sized business, which have been sent to the government and the president; declaration of moratorium on sale of agricultural lands until 2019, before an agricultural development strategy is elaborated; abolition of pension tax which exists in no other world country except Ukraine; restoration of tariff justice, adoption of a new law on elections on proportional basis with open party lists, and Central Election Commission reshuffle.
