Judge Chaus removed Yura Yenakiyevskyi from wanted list, - MP Leshchenko

On Friday morning, the Dniprovskyi district court of Kyiv ruled to remove Yanukovych's ally Yurii Ivaniushchenko from the police wanted list.

Censor.NET reports, quoting Poroshenko Bloc MP Serhii Leshchenko's Facebook.

"Well, another limit has been pushed! On Friday morning, judge Chaus ruled in favor of Yanukovych's closest crony Yura Yenakiyevskyi by removing him from the wanted list. He also lifted the sanction for his forced delivery for choosing a preventive measure.

"This is the same judge Chaus of the Dniprovskyi district court of Kyiv, who is known throughout the country for choosing a preventive measure against Korban [former UKROP leader - ed.].

"After the decision enters into force, Yura Yenakiyevskyi will finally get out of his Moscow captivity and reunite with his family in Monaco. Evil tongues say the issue of his removal from the wanted list was solved at Bankova [Presidential Administration - ed.], but we of course don't believe it. Judge Chaus merely decided to exceed authority and unselfishly give freedom to Ivaniushchenko," the deputy wrote.
