Russia to send 51st ‘humanitarian convoy’ to Donbas

Russian Emergency Ministry has started working on the 51st so-called ‘humanitarian convoy’ to the Donbas.

Emergency Minister Vladimir Puchkov announced, Censor.NET reports citing TASS.

"At the moment, we are organizing the humanitarian convoy at Noginsk rescue center. But the date of dispatch has not been defined yet," Puchkov said.

He explained that "the date is being agreed with the Ukrainian colleagues and international organizations."

According to him, the situation in the Donbas is getting back to normal.

Almost all of the Putin's 'humanitarian convoys' have crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border illegally, without Ukrainian government's authorization. Moreover, with these so-called convoys Russia supplies its Donbas terrorists with weapons and ammunition.
