"Russian army absent in Donbas, so I cannot name those killed there," - Putin's spokesperson Peskov

Russia has no information about Russian soldiers killed in the Donbas because "Russian regular troops were not there."

Russian President's Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on air of TVC channel, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

"There are and there were no regular troops in the Donbas, I repeat it again," he said.

"Since there is no Russian contingent in the Donbas, I cannot mention the names of those who died there while helping the residents of the Donbas in defending their interests and protecting their lives in this brutal war. And now, in fact, we barely keep the situation from sliding into some irreparable consequences," the official added.
