"You have probably already heard about two explosions that rocked Brussels today. 12 people were killed there, according to preliminary data. And I would not be surprised if it turns out to be an element of the Russian hybrid war," Vasyl Hrytsak said on Tuesday as he was delivering lecture at the national University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
He added: "The blame will now be put on ISIS. I do not dare to allege, but I make an assumption (that the explosions are an element of a hybrid war, - Interfax-Ukraine)".
As reported earlier, 13 people were killed and 35 were injured as two blasts rocked the airport in Brussels on Tuesday, March 22.
