Russia delivered a device for organization of hacker attacks to the occupied Donetsk city.

A powerful hardware and software system designed for distributed cyber attacks such as "denial of service" (DDoS) has been delivered to the occupied city of Donetsk to limit the access of the population of the occupied Donbas to Ukrainian mass media on the Internet.


"Head of the department of informational isolation of the area of operations", Colonel Sergey Fedchenko (serviceman of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) is responsible for the act of cyber terrorism.
