I fully expect that they'll talk about what's going on in Ukraine, and specifically the implementation of the Minsk agreement," John Kirby said.

I would fully expect that he (Kerry - Ed.) would take the opportunity while he's there to raise our continued concerns about her unjust detention, " U.S. Department of State Spokesperson said.
