The assistant of the head of the State Border Guard Service Oleh Slobodian told 112 TV Channel, Censor.NET reports.
"They were not arrested, just were not allowed to cross the state border. It is true that the musicians wanted to enter Ukraine yesterday. The state border guards followed the instructions of law enforcement officers. As a result, the citizens were not allowed to cross the border," he said.
"We can not disclose the circumstances of the instructions. We have just fulfilled our mission within the competence," the official stressed.
