 Unknowns burned Ukrainian flag near cultural center of Ukraine in Moscow. VIDEO

Unidentified masked men tore off the flag from the Ukrainian cultural center in Moscow. The incident occurred in the heart of the Russian capital on the Old Arbat.

As reported by Censor.NET, the video shows a man with a special device, removing the flag from the facade of the building and then tearing it apart. After that, the flag is sprinkled with flammable liquid and set on fire. In addition, one of the unknowns poured red paint over the signs on the building of the cultural center. A passer-by got indignant at these actions and tried to rebuke the villains, while the police failed to react to their actions and arrived after they were gone.
