 OSCE patrol base in Stanytsia Luhanska stopped work for a while

Leading patrol base of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska (Luhansk region) is temporarily closed for safety reasons.

Censor.NET reports citing the SMM report.

The SMM noted a slight decrease in the use of artillery and mortars. However, the observers reported about the increased use of multiple rocket systems, as well as their presence within the respective withdrawal lines defined by the Minsk agreements.

The SMM observers have also reported about the expansion in the number of banned weapons in the safety zone. The SMM continue to register the absence of banned weapons at storage sites.
