Eurovision has no objections to Jamala's "1944" song

A song by Ukrainian Crimean Tatar singer Jamala, who will represent Ukraine at the Eurovision Song Contest 2016, has been examined by the organizers and does not cause any objections.

The Reference Group of the European Broadcasting Union has concluded that the title and lyrics of the song "1944" do not contain political speech and don't breach the rules of the contest," the singer wrote.
