Nadiia Savchenko's sister Vira told Censor.NET correspondent, who is there on the scene.
The rally is planned to be attended by Nadiia's mother, sister, and friends, as well as activists from Russia and Ukraine, and Members of the Ukrainian Parliament.
"Our main goal is to support Nadiia so that she could feel our support. Besides, we want to let the European politicians and Obama know that we are here; that Nadiia is slowly dying in jail, where we are unable to visit her; and now it's their turn to make a move," Vira Savchenko said.
In addition, the protesters will demand that the Ukrainian doctors, who have been previously sent to her, are authorized to visit her as soon as possible.
Vira Savchenko added that the rally will last until her conviction on March 21. The rally participants plan to stagger each other.
