 Russian Human Rights Commissioner says that Savchenko is in satisfactory condition. Force-feeding is not required at the moment, – Polozov

Russian Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Ella Pamfilova got acquainted with the state of health of Ukrainian pilot Nadiia Savchenko, who is on a hunger strike.

Savchenko's lawyer Nikolai Polozov wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"The Russia's Commissioner for Human Rights Ella Pamfilova has just called Vira Savchenko and reported about the health of her sister Nadiia Savchenko. Savchenko is in satisfactory condition at the moment.

She is under constant visual control; her blood pressure is being read permanently," Polozov wrote.

He also noted that force-feeding and watering are not required at the moment.

"A group of Ukrainian doctors is ready to examine Savchenko's health condition, but the date of their visit hasn't been agreed yet," Polozov added.
