The pro-Russian terrorist units fired at the forces of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) for about 52 times over the past 24 hours. The greatest number of attacks (37) was reported in the Donetsk sector. It was also reported about ten attacks in the Mariupol sector and five in the Luhansk sector.

According to the report, the pro-Russian militants have fired about 150 mortar shells and 22 large caliber gun shells at the positions of Ukrainian army. The tensest situation was reported near Avdiivka.

The militants fired at the ATO forces' positions at Novhorodske, Troitske, Luhanske, Shyrokyne, Maiorsk, Zaitseve, and Novozvanivka from grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms during the day and until midnight. The militants' snipers reported near Pisky and Starohnativka.

Moreover, the situation in the vicinity of the town of Marinka remains tense. A militants' sniper fired at Marinka checkpoint.

The terrorists mortared Zenit stronghold on the outskirts of Avdiivka, while Bohuslavske was fired from the temporary occupied Pervomaisk.

The ATO forces' positions at Pisky, Opytne, Luhanske, Troitske, Novozvanivka were fired from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.

Since midnight, the militants' activity has significantly decreased.
