As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO press center in a report as of 6 a.m. March 4, posted on Facebook.
According to the staff, 57 cases of shelling of the Ukrainian Army's positions were recorded, 46 of them at the Donetsk direction and 11 at the Marupol direction.
The Ukrainian Army's positions near Zaitseve, Lozove, Maiorsk, Luhanske, Troitske and Pisky were fired upon by Russian terrorists from grenade launchers of various calibers and large-caliber mortars. A ZU-23 anti-aircraft system was used to spray positions near Luhanske.
Strongpoints of the ATO forces near Marinka, Lebedynske and Pavlopil were shelled by mercenaries from grenade launchers of various calibers, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms.
"At around 8 p.m. terrorists opened unaimed fire from a mortar and fired six missiles upon our strongholds near Opytne. Positions near Butivka mine, Avdiivka and Pisky were fired at by Russian militants from various calibers and large-caliber guns. After midnight, the enemy got less active; two cases of fire from small arms upon the Ukrainian Army's positions near Marinka and Pisky were recorded," the message reads.
