Censor.NET informs citing Military Prosecutor's Office of the Southern region press service.
The chief of brigade's food service has been put in a detention barrack over his professional negligence in accordance with article 172-15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Ukraine.
"Another five administrative violation reports are pending in court. However, yesterday, the court for the second time adjourned the trial against Skhid Operations Command deputy commander for supplies and logistics and deputy brigade commander for moral and welfare. The lawyers of these officers use various pretexts, trying to delay sentencing their defendants. At the moment, none of these officers plead guilty about the fact that brigade's personnel were not provided with adequate conditions in the field camp - people were actually left out in the cold, without hot food, water, etc.," the press service noted.
Earlier, the same court sentenced two officers of the 53th Mechanized Brigade to military confinement for a period of five days and two other officers - for a period of seven days.
