As reported, 36 attacks were recorded at the Donetsk direction, 22 - at the Mariupol direction, and 13 - at the Luhansk direction.
"Russian mercenaries have stepped up their activity at dusk and continued to use 82-/120-mm mortars banned by the Minsk agreements. Thus, at around 8 p.m., at the Donetsk direction, terrorists thrice shelled Ukrainian troops' strong points near Avdiivka and Zaitseve, having fired 17 rounds," the report notes.
Using grenade launchers and heavy machine guns, the enemy struck Ukrainian army strongholds near Pisky, Opytne, Novhorodske, Troitske, and Maiorsk. ATO forces positions near Troitske also came under IFV and sniper fire.
"At the Mariupol direction, occupants fired 82-mm mortars on Ukrainian soldiers' strong points near Talakivka. The enemy also used grenade launchers and heavy machine guns to hit our positions near Krasnohorivka and Marinka. At the Luhansk direction, militants stepped up their actions delivering mortar and automatic grenade launcher fire on ATO forces' strongholds near Orikhove," the report reads.
Terrorists delivered random 82-/120-mm mortar, grenade launcher, and heavy machine gun fire on Ukrainian army positions near Maiorsk, Krasnohorivka, Avdiivka, Luhanske, Bohuslavske, and Novozvanivka.
"After midnight, the enemy ceased fire," the press center noted.
