Minister of Infrastructure Andrii Pyvovarskyi said, Censor.NET reports referring to Interfax-Ukraine.
"Should the blockade be continued, our European partners may file claims against Ukraine to the World Trade Organization," Pyvovarskyi said.
He stressed that according to international rules, the obstruction of transit is prohibited since "transit has no borders."
According to the minister, the blockade of Russian truck transit has been lifted.
"There is no blockade, we have certain statements by public activists from Svoboda [Ukrainian nationalist political party - ed.]... vehicles with Russian registration that entered Ukraine after Feb. 25 from the territory of the European Union, Belarus, and the Russian Federation either have left Ukraine or will proceed further tomorrow," Pyvovarskyi noted.
He also said there are seven times as many Ukrainian trucks going through the territory of the Russian Federation as Russian trucks transiting through Ukraine.
