Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.
A resident of the occupied town of Kirovsk entered the government-held territory of Ukraine outside the official checkpoints. In the village of Hirske, he received some goods which were sent to him from Poltava via a private postal service. After that, he transported the goods to the occupied territory across the railroad tracks. At the checkpoint, the militants checked his registration and let him go through without examination of his personal belongings.

The courier received 3% of the value of the transported goods.
The criminal was arrested while trying to deliver a shipment of shoes to the occupied territory. A report on administrative offense has been filed under Art. 204-3 (violation of the order of movement of goods to or from the area of the anti-terrorist operation) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. The goods have been seized.
