Russia has no other choice but to start negotiations with Ukraine on the return of Crimea, Minister of Foreign Affairs Pavlo Klimkin said during the marathon held within the Crimean Issue project, Censor.NET reports citing Кrym.Realii.
"Russia will have to discuss the return of Crimea, as the peninsula is going nowhere under the Russian occupation. We all understand this perfectly. The only question is how such factors as international pressure, sanctions, and the processes in the occupied Crimea will converge," Klimkin said.
