Kyiv mayor spokesperson Oksana Zinovieva said, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
She also added that up to five people may still be trapped.
"One man managed to run out, two others were rescued and sent to the 17th [city - ed.] hospital," Zinovieva said.
According to her, the man who escaped said that up to five people may remain under the rubble.
Klitschko's press secretary also advised that the building was in dangerous condition and in private ownership. All residents moved out in 2004. "Construction works were carried out in violation of safety regulations. The administration is trying to find out whether necessary repair permits were issued," Zinovieva stated.
