 Ukrainian government makes legal acts registry public, - Justice Minister Petrenko

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has granted free access to the Unified State Register of legal acts.

Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

The Cabinet adopted corresponding decision at a meeting on Feb. 24.

"We added the Unified State Register of legal acts to the list of databases available for every Ukrainian citizen," the minister wrote.

According to him, it will provide the opportunity to publish and update information from the registry on the Unified State web portal of open data and the website of the Justice Ministry. Petrenko noted that the access to this information would be completely free of charge, except cases when a person filing the request would have a desire to obtain additional services.
