Censor.NET reports citing UNN referring to the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
"The hearing of an appeal in Oliinyk's case is scheduled for Feb. 25," the statement reads.
The prosecution accuses Serhii Oliinyk of killing 17-year-old passenger of a BMW Mykhailo Medvediev.
As reported by Deputy Prosecutor General Anatolii Matios, the prosecution has proved the police knew there were three more people in the car except the driver, so, using his pistol, the police officer was intent on murder.
