 Court postpones trial on inappropriate life conditions provided for 53rd Brigade for March 1

Mykolaiv court heard the case on providing inadequate social and living conditions and food to the servicemen of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the Shyrokyi Lan range (Mykolaiv region).

The commanders in charge of logistics declared that they did not have enough time to get acquainted with the materials of the case and requested to postpone the trial for March 1, 2016.

The court granted their petition.

No one of the commanders admitted one's guilt completely.

"Three court sessions have been held in the case of Deputy Chief of Logistics of the Eastern Operational Command Ihor Chernienko, Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of the 53rd Brigade Serhii Voichenko, and Brigade Commander Valerii Vodolazskyi," the news outlet informed.
