 Russia will never give out Yanukovych, Zakharchenko and other killers. We will judge them in absentia – Poroshenko

Not only the investigators know the customer of the crimes against Maidan activists, but they also have relevant evidence.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said in an address on the Day of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, Censor.NET reports citing the рress service of the president.

"The investigators recreated the chain of events. Not only they know the customer of the crimes against Maidan activists, but they also have relevant evidence. They established the role of each criminal in the conspiracy which resulted in the mass massacre. We found the guns from which the people were shot," he said.

Poroshenko reminded that all those involved in crimes against the activists of the Revolution of Dignity should be punished.

"We all understand that Russia will never give out Yanukovych, Zakharchenko, and other killers. So we will judge them in absentia. For this, however, the Verkhovna Rada must urgently make some changes to the legislation. Even if a sentence in absentia will not lead to imprisonment, it will let confiscate the property of the criminals who killed people and plundered the country," Poroshenko stressed.
