 Chased BMW driver still not served notice of suspicion on obstructing police officer, - Main Military Prosecutor Matios

The driver of BMW, which was chased by the police in Kyiv, has not yet been served notice of suspicion for resisting a law enforcement officer.

Main Military Prosecutor, Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Anatolii Matios said on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel, Censor.NET reports.

"He has not still been held accountable. The case of the driver, who was under the influence of narcotics, was not investigated due to reasons unknown to me (They did not manage to do it or did not have time for it). We haven't heard a single position of the investigating authorities prosecuting this inquiry over 10 days. The forensic tests have not yet been made. Notice of suspicion on obstructing police officer has not been served," he said.
