This was announced by Deputy Chief Monitor of OSCE SMM in Ukraine Alexander Hug at a briefing on Friday, Censor.NET reports citing 112 TV channel.
Hug said that not all of the equipment had been withdrawn from the safety area, and that monitors continued noticing that some equipment, reported as withdrawn, could not be confirmed as such. Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE SMM in Ukraine also said they often see large amounts of equipment, especially tanks, kept right behind the withdrawal line. The tanks, Hug said, are usually combat-ready and really close.
Last week, according to Hug, SMM monitors saw 88 tanks in areas that are not controlled by the Ukrainian side," he said.
