"Deal of occupied territories is not done for Ukraine until they are liberated from aggressor," - Turchynov

As long as occupied territories are not liberated from the aggressor, Ukraine will not deem this deal done.

This was announced by NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov commenting on Russian PM Medvedev's statement that the issue of Crimea is "a done deal."

"Is Russia dreaming of forgetting about the issue of Crimea? But this issue will never be a done deal for us and for the international community, as well as the Donbas issue, as long as the occupied territories are returned within Ukraine and the country's borders are again the way as recognized by the international community," Turchynov said.

According to him, there is only one way for Russia to make this issue "a done deal": "get the hell out of the occupied territories."

"The Bible reads: they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. This means that the aggressor who creates a precedent by attempting to change existing borders will soon face the same issue, but in larger and more destructive scale. Russia, which is in the deep crisis and self-isolation, will soon not be able to support its national territorial autonomies, as well as territories seized from other countries, starting from the Far East and ending up with its western regions," the NSDC Secretary noted.
