"He had all mechanisms to demonstrate his work to public," - PGO on Kasko's resignation

Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine calls the statement of resignation by Deputy Prosecutor General Vitalii Kasko a PR-event.

This was announced by Prosecutor General's Aide Vladyslav Kutsenko on air of 112 Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.

"Every person has to make certain decisions, including those about serving or resigning. Speaking of Vitalii Kasko's statement, we believe this is a real PR-move. If he indeed brings his report to the office of the Prosecutor General, his work will be evaluated by the society after we analyze what Mr Kasko managed to do, and what he didn't as Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine. He made a number of loud statements of, unfortunately, PR nature," Kutsenko said.

"He had all the mechanisms in his hands to not only make announcements but also demonstrate the society his work on the international issue, on the sanctions, on fighting corruption and on 'diamond prosecutors.' As they say, the bad workman quarrels with his tools," Kutsenko stated.
