At the Normandy Four meeting in Munich, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg urged Russia to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
Dialogue is important where our divisions are quite deep, especially over the issue of Ukraine. We have clear principles: the border should not be violated. These principles are fundamental to European security, Stoltenberg declared.

He added that NATO announces military exercises on its website, and called on Russia to do the same.
NATO Secretary-General and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia discussed the possibility of a NATO-Russia meeting on Feb. 12, he said.
