 MP Biletskyi got in car accident near Dnipropetrovsk (updated)

Verkhovna Rada deputy, Azov regiment commander Andrii Biletskyi got into a traffic accident near Dnipropetrovsk.

A source who asked for anonymity told LB.ua, Censor.NET reports.

The car which he was traveling in overturned twice. Biletskyi has not been hurt seriously.

The circumstances of the accident were not reported, while it is slippery road that could be the cause.

Later, the regiment's press service confirmed the incident.

"Tonight, people's deputy and Azov regiment commander Andrii Biletskyi got in a car accident. He was returning from the regiment's base. On the way back, the MP visited several organizations of Azov Civil Corps and was heading from Dnipropetrovsk to Kyiv. On a slippery section of the road his car skidded, flew off the track, and overturned several times.

"The [Mitsubishi] L-200, which has repeatedly saved lives of Azov fighters at the front, did not fail this time. Additional reinforcing plates that secure the car body made its deformation impossible.

"Andrii Biletskyi did not receive significant injuries. His life is out of danger at the moment," the statement reads.
