 About 200 undetermined explosions reported in Donetsk, – OSCE

OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine reports about a significant number of the cease-fire violations in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The OSCE SMM report reads, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Channel Ukraine.

"The SMM observed the cease-fire violations in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Whilst at a 'DPR'-controlled central railway station, the SMM representatives heard 202 undetermined explosions, assessed to include 82-mm mortars, as well as automatic grenade launchers, small-arms and heavy-machine-gun fire," the report reads.

Multiple explosions and fire sounds were recorded near Debaltseve and Marinka. In the Luhansk region, the SMM observed multiple explosions at various locations north, northwest, west, southwest and south of Luhansk city.

In relation to the implementation of the Addendum to the Package of Measures, the SMM revisited one Ukrainian Armed Forces permanent storage site whose location corresponded with the withdrawal lines.
