The statement reads: "The militants employed 120-mm mortars and anti-tank grenade launcher against Ukrainian fortified positions near the village of Hnutove at the Mariupol section of the front.
"The enemy fired at our strong points in Pisky, Opytne, Marinka, Avdiivka, and Butovka mine on the outskirts of Donetsk with grenade launchers of various systems, high-caliber machine guns, and small arms," the press center stressed.
"At the Svitlodarsk salient, the enemy attacked the ATO forces' positions near Myronivske village with high-caliber machine guns and assaulted Luhanske with grenade launchers and small arms.
"Our strong points in Troitske and Verkhniotoretske near temporarily occupied Horlivka were attacked with small arms and grenade launchers.
"Over 150 projectiles, launched by the terrorists with 120-mm and 82-mm mortars prohibited by the Minsk cease-fire deal, impacted the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the villages of Zaitseve and Maiorsk at about 3 a.m. The enemy also employed 120-mm mortars against Ukrainian positions near Maiorsk at about 4 p.m.," the press center summed up.
