Poroshenko Bloc leader Lutsenko concedes PM Yatseniuk's resignation: "Time to form coalition government"

Petro Poroshenko Bloc parliamentary faction leader Yurii Lutsenko concedes Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk's resignation.

He said this to journalists on Thursday, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"If the prime minister does not understand this and does not want to form truly coalition government, and rejects other candidates because he does not want to work with them, this might lead to resignation decision," he said.

According to Lutsenko, this scenario will cause parliamentary crisis and search for a new prime minister.

The faction leader sees no decent candidate to replace Yatseniuk.

According to Lutsenko, the candidate for the position should be popular with the society - which Yatseniuk lacks, he says - be a professional, and enjoy the support of the parliament, which he doubts Yatseniuk has as well.
