 Poroshenko appointed Melnychuk head of Kyiv Regional State Administration

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has appointed Maksym Melnychuk head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.

He said this today at a meeting with public activists of the Kyiv region, Censor.NET informs.

"The main purpose of my today's visit is introducing new head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. I've decided to appoint Maksym Melnychuk for this position. His whole life is connected with the Kyiv region. He is a young academic, a talented scientist. I congratulate him on this appointment and the Kyiv region - on new opportunities!" he said.
