Ukrainian Village of Ghicago has topped the list, Censor.NET reports citing VIDIA.
Redfin experts have analyzed 32 neighborhoods in different U.S. cities and made a list based on the website reviews and user's feedbacks during the second half of 2015.
"Ukrainian Village itself is tranquil, but bordered on all four sides by business and nightlife corridors," Redfin real estate agent Niko Voutsinas said in the statement. "For someone who wants a single-family home while still enjoying city life, the location is ideal. Much of Ukrainian Village is landmarked, so you'll find brick and stone housing built in the late 1800s, rather than the trendier (and more expensive) new construction condos nearby and on the neighborhood's main thoroughfares."
Experts note that the largest commercial street of the neighborhood - Chicago Avenue - boomed in the emergence of new shops, restaurants and apartments in the last few years.
Redfin is an American real estate company. It has a wide database and provides brokerage services.
"Ukrainian Village" is an area in Chicago populated mostly by Ukrainian immigrants. There is a Ukrainian church, a school, a museum. Ukrainian festivals are held annually in the area.
