Russian militants exposed 122-mm SP guns and tons of ammunition 10 kilometers away from Marinka. PHOTOS

The latest open source investigation revealed the areas of concentration of ammunition for 122-mm guns of the combined Russian-separatist army, which continue accumulating forces in close proximity to the demarcation line in violation of all the agreements.

Censor.NET reports citing investigation carried out by InformNapalm volunteers.

Everyone is talking about the 'Minsk agreements' and its point by point fulfillment nowadays. Let's take the first two items, without the full implementation of which it is pointless to try to restore the full control over the state border of Ukraine and hold the local elections in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions:

  1. 'Immediate and full cease-fire in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine'. How should this item be implemented if the drunk Russian militants have tons of ammunition for all kinds of weapons at the front line (and the stacked warehouses in the 25 km zone)? They take a 122-mm mortar or any gunnery and shell all night long. Maybe there is some sense in withdrawal of the large calibre ammunition as well? Just like it was done with the military equipment, but this time it should be withdrawn three times farther.
  2. 'Artillery systems of 100-mm caliber and larger should be withdrawn by both sides and at least 50 km security zone must be created (25 km for each side)'. This point is NOT BEING FULFILLED from the beginning, because the Russian militants just have hidden most of the military equipment at various warehouses and industrial premises along the contact line as close to the Ukrainian positions as they could.

InformNapalm have disclosed one of the Russian occupation forces' bases in Petrivskyi district of the Donetsk region, in just 10 km from one of the hottest places of Donbas - the town of Marinka. Close investigation of the profiles and contacts of the Russian militants resulted in finding of 2S1 'Gvozdika' 122-mm self-propelled howitzers hidden in premises of this industrial zone as well as tons of ammunition in the warehouses.

The location is marked with a circle on the map.

Many militants posted almost similar photos, so investigators have shown the most informative and interesting ones.

Here are photos made by militants in spring and summer of 2015. The attention of InformNapalm volunteers was captured by the photo with piles of shells taken by a nameless militant with 'Novorossia Donetsk' nickname. The shells are stored in a round hangar with brick siding. The closest similar building (map) is located in 500m from the premises with the hidden 'Gvozdika' units.
