The Presidential Administration is hosting a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council at the moment.

Censor.NET informs referring to a reporter of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"We have information about several issues on today's meeting agenda. One of them relates to strengthening cyber-security in the state, another issue concerns country's defense potential - public procurement under defense contracts..," the correspondent said.

As reported, the meeting is attended by Ukroboronprom [defense industry state concern - ed.] CEO Roman Romanov.

In turn, president's spokesman Sviatoslav Tseholko said: "The NSDC is considering the defense order for 2016, new military-administrative zoning, and cyber security strategy."

He stressed that "Ukraine will change its military-administrative zoning. The issue is being currently discussed at the meeting.

He also quoted Poroshenko: "In the long-term historical perspective, Russia will unfortunately remain Ukraine's main military threat.

"The country has paid a steep price for failing to have its eastern border demarcated and secured with a defense line. Lion's share of troops was positioned on the western border. It will be different from now on."
